Hi, I'm the neighbor who recorded this video. I'm tired of all the barking dogs in my neighborhood, and I use my video camera to record them, for reference and comic relief. This lady didn't like my project and came to threaten me and deprive me of my right to record in public. Probably just embarassed about the noisy dog.
Anyway, she could have prevented the embarassing video from appearing online by just letting me go... Let that be a lesson to you... if someone gets you on video, make it boring.
Actually she is wrong regarding the dog barking. Most cities have an ordinance regarding dogs barking and being a nuisance. For example, my town has an ordinance that allows for a 30 minute period of continuous barking and then the owner can be fined if they do not bring the dog in. I would check your local ordinances and state laws.
Anyway; she's a bit of a nut, based on her behavior in the video.
I question why you have video of three different dogs barking. That seems a bit odd that all of these dogs are barking and annoying you. You're going to come off as a problem neighbor and look a little weird yourself always videotaping near your neighbors' homes.
You never said in your blog if you had asked them to bring the dog in first or come to a civil resolution. Hopefully you did that first before recording all of them.
